We Are Open!

Before we were going to wait for the main club to open up for OI fans to get started, but I changed my mind. =Arada here for those who don't know. I want to get everyone ready for Oi, and now you can run around drawing and what not so you don't go crazy. XD At this time if you're not on Staff you are not a memeber of any of the clubs. So You'll know how to send in your App.
